MasterField is a field-sales management platform published by Technagile. This policy explains which data the website, the web platform and the seller app process, why, and what your rights are.
Data controller
Technagile, [registered address], [company registration]. Contact: [data protection contact email].
When an operator uses MasterField for its own teams, that operator is the controller of its sellers’ and clients’ data; Technagile processes it on the operator’s behalf.
Data we process
- Demo request (website): name, company, email, phone, team size, message.
- Accounts: name, email or phone number, role, sales team; passwords and PINs are only ever stored hashed.
- Seller location: GPS coordinates sent by the app only between “Start work” and “End work”, about every 30 seconds.
- Prospects and clients: name, phone, address or door, visit outcome, follow-ups, written and voice notes, photographed documents (contract, ID card, proof of address), equipment handed over.
- Technical data: sign-in and error logs.
Purposes
- Organising and following field sales (planning, outcomes, objectives).
- Tracking equipment handed out and sold.
- Answering demo requests.
- Keeping the service secure and working.
Phone permissions
- Location, including in the background, during working hours only.
- Camera and photos, for the client’s documents.
- Microphone, for voice notes, only while recording.
Retention
- GPS positions: 30 days, then deleted automatically. Working hours, doors and sales are kept with the client data.
- Client data and documents: [length of the relationship + legal period].
- Demo requests: [e.g. 3 years without further contact].
- Accounts: until deactivated, then [period].
Recipients and hosting
Data is never sold or used for advertising. Access follows the role: a seller sees their clients, a manager their team, head office its teams. Hosting: [hosting provider and country].
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and PINs, time-limited sessions, role-based access, lockout after several wrong PINs.
Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds, by writing to [data protection contact email].
