Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your MasterField account (seller app and web app, published by Technagile) and its data.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@technagile.tn with the subject “MasterField account deletion”.
2. Give your name, your company, and your account’s phone number (sellers) or email address (managers, head office).
3. We confirm the request with you and your company, then delete the account within 30 days. You receive an email confirmation.

You can also ask your manager or your company’s head office to delete your account: it is then deleted at once.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, phone, email, PIN or password).
• Your GPS positions (in any case deleted automatically after 30 days).
• Your voice notes.

What is kept

The client records, sales and documents you logged belong to your company: they are kept for it, without your name, for the periods in the privacy policy.
